Joined Ozark Eye Center in 2006 having moved from Iowa with 23 prior years of optical experience.
Casey- Optician
Joined Ozark Eye Center in 2020. Casey moved from Oklahoma with 4+ years of experience.
Donna – Licensed Optician
Donna has been practicing in the Mountain Home Area since 1983. She joined Ozark Eye Center as Optical Shop manager in 1994.
The Ozark Eye Center
Ozark Eye Center (OEC) was founded in 1984 and was first located in the Village Mall. We then moved to our a 6000-square foot state-of-the-art facility in 1990, which included an Ambulatory Surgery Center. The Surgery Center was the first in North Central Arkansas and fourth in the state of Arkansas.
Due to continued growth, Ozark Eye Center increased its building to 17000-square feet in 2006 providing more space for clinical surgical and optical care. In 2006, the surgery center not only performed Ophthalmic procedures but added the specialty of Orthopaedics. In 2012, it came to be known as Mountain Home Surgery Center.
The physicians at Ozark Eye Center have introduced many “innovations in ophthalmology” to the Twin Lakes area including: surgery outside of a hospital setting (ambulatory surgery center), phacoemulsification and small incision cataract surgery, no stitch cataract surgery, and retinal injections.
